I have manage to get all the public journal or public gazette of Argentina. (Its like the US Federal Register) Its under public domain. It consist of one, two or three pdfs per day (Monday to Friday) from 1893 till today. It has huge historical value.

My upload speed is about 150KB/s. I don't mind having my PC uploading for a couple of months.
my question:
Is there any way to easy upload all these files? (I have never uploaded anything to archive.org before). I would like to hear your suggestions

Write to info@archive.org if you have not done so already. They can suggest better methods for uploading.
